Private Yoga Sessions

Private yoga sessions for you or a group are also available.  Whether it's a Bridal Power Yoga class to get in shape or relieve stress, a Bachelorette party or a Sports Yoga session to increase agility or flexibility - classes can be customized for your needs.

Prenatal Classes

I am a Certified Lactation Counselor and also provides prenatal classes.  These classes are available for any fitness level or stage of pregnancy.  Learn breathing and relaxation techniques to use throughout your pregnancy while building strength and flexibility.
